Encryption
Your data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest, with encryption keys managed by AWS Key Management Service.
Hosting
Fuse Endo runs on Amazon Web Services in the United States.
Office separation
Each office's records are isolated at the database level, so one office can never see another's patients.
Sign-in
Two-step sign-in, trusted computers, automatic screen lock and staff roles that limit what each person can do.
Activity log
A record of who viewed or changed patient information and when.
Backups
Nightly encrypted backups stored separately from the server, plus daily server snapshots.
Your data stays yours
Offices can export their records, and if they leave, we return or delete their data on request.
